Returns & Exchanges Policy

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

- Original receipt or order confirmation copy

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges: Your replacement items will be shipped within 1-2 business days
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our crafting community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift Cards – For security reasons, these are final sale
- Retired Products – These limited availability items are sold as-is
- Opened Kids Cardmaking Kits – For health and safety reasons
- Digital Products – Once accessed, these cannot be returned
- Items not in original condition, used, or damaged after delivery
