Return & Exchange Process

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging

Step 3: Receive Authorization & Shipping Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and include:

  • The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package
  • Original receipt or order confirmation copy
  • All original product packaging

Step 5: Processing & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Exchanges: Your replacement items will be shipped within 1-2 business days

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our crafting community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards – For security reasons, these are final sale
  • Retired Products – These limited availability items are sold as-is
  • Opened Kids Cardmaking Kits – For health and safety reasons
  • Digital Products – Once accessed, these cannot be returned
  • Items not in original condition, used, or damaged after delivery

Refund Information

Refund Timeline & Method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to process, then additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

International Returns

For our global crafters (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
